Project Year Three The primary area of study during 2002 was the Allegheny River Valley, upstream from the Highland Park Bridge to the Allegheny County Line at the Kiskimenitas River. The Allegheny County watersheds have been divided into
4 study areas, which correspond to defined 3r2n study phases. To date we have developed a baseline surface water quality and river edge condition study for the Pittsburgh Pool, the Monongahela River Valley, and the Allegheny River Valley. During the 2003 field season we are finishing work on the Ohio River Valley.
