Terrestrial

Land that borders water Each summer we look at, and record riverbank conditions along 50 miles of riverfront. A botanist and geologist work from the 3r2n boat, creating a detailed record of the number and types of trees that line our riverbanks, as well as the soil conditions that they are growing in. Our terrestrial team is providing the first overview of the conditions of nature along our post-industrial riverbanks, important information as we plan for redevelopment activities throughout our region.
